Living with ADHD as a teacher and a mom means my brain rarely hits pause. It’s full volume, all the time. I forget things I care deeply about and remember things nobody else noticed. I overthink. I blurt. I love big. I get overwhelmed. Then I start again.
This blog is my way of showing up honestly, because ADHD doesn’t mean incapable. It means navigating life a little differently and finding ways to make it work anyway.
